Patti Dubois serves as the Municipal Clerk in Waterville, ME and is active in the Maine Town & City Clerks’ Association. Serving as a municipal clerk since 2001, she has extensive experience in administering local, state, and federal elections and as a peer instructor has developed both in person and on-demand training in election administration for her 500+ fellow clerks in Maine. As Chair of the MTCCA’s Legislative Policy Committee, she has developed strong working relationships with Maine’s elected officials and was successful in getting legislation passed in 2022 to enhance protection for election officials in her state. Dubois has received the designations of Certified Clerk of Maine, and Master Municipal Clerk through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
